Hola mí familia
I don't know if you guys heard but there was a pretty big earthquake (terremoto) here in Mexico city last night. It started in Ch'opo (I am pretty sure I spelt that wrong) which was a level 8 terremoto and it happened to hit Mexico. At like Midnight there was this loud alarm going off and I've been waking up every 20 minutes because my lungs are on fire and I woke up and everything was shaking. The one in Mexico City was a level 6.2 and it was so cool. There are these evacuation points outside we have to stand in and so we went there but no harm done. Just wanted to let you guys know I am safe and I will tell you more next P day. Love you and don't worry about me.

Hola Todos!
Lets start first with the bad news. Our real investigator Ismael cancelled on us. He said he had to work and couldn't make it so that was a little disappointing but that is okay because it is just the like the field. We rescheduled so lets see if he makes it on Sunday. )I am writing this on Saturday morning so sorry if it switches from saying like today we, to saying then on Saturday. But to be honest we probably wont teach him because our branch president said he wanted to missionaries in his area to talk to him so that is kinda sad. Also one night we were trying to see who out of all us could just onto the top bunk the most gracefully. So we were all running and jumping onto the bed and Hermana Brown like charged the bed and didn't jump early enough and she like hit the bed like in her stomach and fell to the ground. Then she had to like get up and she was like running around to run off the pain. It was so funny. Also for Sunday it was fast Sunday, and it was weird to hear all the Spanish testimonies, but we did a 24 hour fast. And let me tell you, when you are sick and have to go to gym time and run around in the heat and not drink water is super hard haha. I know with Christ I can do hard things. What else happened. My Spanish I feel like has been getting better. I still talk like a toddler but at least I can talk about the future and past. It has been raining a lot lately because of the Hurricane in the Gulf of Mexico. It false flooded and it rained so much that on the roads and side walk the rain was up to to like my shin. I am pretty short but it was a lot of fun to run around in the pouring rain while walking in a kiddie pool of water. However, it was not cool because I found out I don't just have a cold, I have bronchitis. I've been wearing this mask around and it looks like I'm Patient zero and have 3 days to live and people treat me that way too. Latinas will look at my and point and talk all this really fast Spanish but I just think I look like a sweet ninja and they are probably just jealous of my cool ninja mask. I put my headband on around my forehead and the elders said I looked like a character off of mortal combat. We also have been teaching with Latinos. I thought my Spanish was getting good but Latinos are a whole new level man. They talk so fast and use words I have never heard of. And I heard Paraguayans speak even faster then Mexicans. So that is something I should probably work on. Today we got to go to the temple again. It was even better the second time except I thought I was going to cough up a lung. I have had bronchitis the last 2 weeks or so and for some reason in the temple I was coughing so bad. I couldn't stop either I felt really bad for everyone around me. People avoid me like the plague. But I get to wear a surgical mask and so I guess that can be an upside. One of the elders in our district had to go home today for surgery, which was sad but he is meeting us in Paraguay so he still gets to go on his mission which is awesome. Being here has made me truly realize how much I need to learn and grow. I am constantly finding myself in moments where I learn something to be a better missionary or to be a better leader, or a better person. I rely on my Savior so much here. I would love to see pictures of everyone and I enjoy all the letters and emails you are all sending me so thank you for that. I love you all!
P.S some explanation on the pictures. So my roommates, all of us have had a tad bit of a rough week. Hermana Brown has intestinitous, Hermana Johnson has a cold, Hermana Horton slipped on water and hurt her knee really bad, they dont even know what{s wrong with it, and I have 3 weeks to live, just enough to finish my time here at the CCM. Just kidding I am totally fine but people treat me like I have the plague.
Love you all

Oh and I see Elder Boswell here! We have the same comedor schedule. All four of us MC 4th wardies were going to take a picture but Elder Boswell and Anderson were no where to be found and Hermana Galli and I were looking everywhere. We ran out of time because I have a lot of meetings on Thursdays. Hopefully everything is going well and sorry for any spelling errors. One of the pictures can explain why I don't correct any of them.
