Wow another week, ya fue ya!
This week was super good. We got lots done. We also had intercambios again and I was so exciting because Hermana Robinson got to meet Hermana Fife, her mission nieta. I stayed here with Hermana Condor. She is literally 4 feet tall but man o man is she a mighty little missionary! She teaches and talks with such power and authority it is so great. She is from Peru and honestly she is so great. I loved teaching with her. She is so great and I learned so much.
But the craziest thing happened. So when Hermana Fife and Robinson left to go to San Lorenzo, we started planning for the day. I went to call and confirm appointments we were going to have and I realized that Hermana Fife had the phone. So we ran outside and they were gone. They were no where in sight. So we started running down the road and asking people if they saw two tall blonde girls walk by and everyone said no. But I looked down the street and I faintly saw two tall blonde girls, so I took off and told Hermana Condor to come on. Now imagine a really long road that takes about 20 minutes to walk from one end to the other. We were at one end, and they were at the other jaja. We started running but poor Hermana Condor was trying to keep up. Las Hermanas entered into this big plaza where the catholic church is and I was right on their tale but you have to cross this really busy big road and Hermana Condor was super far behind. I couldn't just leave her. I waited and when she got closer we crossed and then I ran after las Hermanas. They were already at the end of this plaza. They were walking so fast. I was shouting their names and trying to get to them before they got any farther. But they were so oblivious. Finally this random lady was like whistling after them and I was shouting their names, their first names, Hermana's, everything. They finally turned around and were like what's wrong? I told them they had our phone and they just started laughing so hard as I fell dying on the ground. It was a great start to intercambios. But we got the phone and they left. It was fun.
But the rest of week what happened. On Monday we visited Mercedes and Alexis again. As we were leaving we kissed Mercedes and Hermana Fife is either too accustomed to the kissing thing or not accustomed enough because when she went to say goodbye to Alexis she gave him kisses and Mercedes and I were like no Hermana and Alexis was so stunned. He did not know what to do. It was so funny. It didn't like faze Hermana Fife either until after she did it and saw all of our reactions and realized she just kissed a guy jaja. I was laughing so hard as we left. We also found another lady named Mercedes. A different one. But we started teaching her and had some doubts about Christ. We gave her a Book of Mormon and told her to read it. She then had doubts about Joseph Smith. We told her she can know everything if she just read Book. So she said she would read it. The next time we visited her we asked if she read and she said not really so we were kinda sad because we thought she wasn't interested. But she said she prayed and she felt peace and happiness she had never ever felt before. She knows that this is true. We were so beyond pumped. She has a day to be baptized, but she has to get married. So we made plans to teach her marido because he wants to share with us too. But when we passed on Sunday they weren't there. So that was kinda sad. But I am sure there is a perfect excuse.
We also had plans to meet another marido de nuestra investigadora. But he is super shy and left right before we showed up so he didn't have to share with us. That was sad too jaja. But we had an investigator in church. His name is Ronaldo. He is 13 and he came to church all by himself. I was so happy when I saw him. He is so great. He wants to be baptized but he wants to be baptized but he wants to be baptized with his mom and her situation is a little more complicated. Oh and also Sunday Carlos passed the sacrament. I was so happy I almost cried. He looked so happy. He was shining so bright.
Also this week we completed out goal for 140 contacts. We have a standard mission goal for 140 contacts and we got 144. Ya esta. Watch out world. Also its the start of Easter Week and everyone is preparing. We walk down the streets and there is pig heads and cow heads and every kind of animal part just hanging on all the doors and everything to buy. Its pretty great. Oh and something else I found out. So here the guys are super creepy and they always molest us. But we were always really confused because they would always ask about our sombreros. They always want our sombreros. We always just tell them they can get their own sombrero at the super. And they are always like I like your sombrero give me yours. We were always so confused. But yesterday we were talking to some members and they told us no one likes to wear sombreros because when we are dating someone or engaged or something you let the other person wear your sombrero. I don't really fully understand still but I know that when all the guys want our hats they just want to like date us and make out with us. But it is super funny because we always respond with oh you can just go buy your own jaja we are so oblivious jaja.
But for reals Hermana Fife is killing it. She is doing so good. All the members here are like her Spanish is better than yours jaja. It makes me so happy. She has such desires to learn and be better. She is such a great missionary. I am so proud jaja.
I know that this church is true. I know that the Book of Mormon is the way to solve any doubts. If anyone has questions or doubts, o wants to know more. Pray and open your Book of Mormon to find the answer. Also this week is General Conference. We have the oportunidad to listen to the profet of God. I invite you all watch all 4 sessions of conferencia and go with a question you have to find the answer. I know God will answer por medio de su profeta. Just like DyC says if we listen to the words through Gods voice or the voice of His servants it is the same. I love you all. I am so stoked for Conferencia. You are all amazing. Chao

Also we went to get ice cream for Hermana Condor for her 1 year and a drunk guy came up and bought
it for us so that was super nice and funny
